About Me

I bring personalized physical therapy to your home or anywhere in your community across the southern Twin Cities.

Jennifer Miller, DPT

Hi, I'm Dr. Jennifer

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy who chose to build my practice around a simple belief: healing happens best where you feel most comfortable. I bring over 5 years of clinical experience directly to you -- at home or out in your community -- across the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, specializing in pediatric, pelvic floor, and orthopedic therapy.

I started my company because I saw too many patients struggling with the logistics of getting to a clinic -- especially post-surgical patients, families with young children, and anyone dealing with sensitive health concerns. Today, I'm proud to serve families across the Twin Cities, from Prior Lake to Rosemount and everywhere in between, with the personalized care they deserve.

A Little More About Me

I'm Minnesota born and raised, but I recently spent four years living in Anchorage, Alaska. It was an incredible chapter -- I got to explore Alaska's national parks and do a lot of hiking -- before moving back home to Minnesota.

When I'm not working with patients, you'll probably find me with a coffee in hand. I'm an avid coffee lover (iced coffee, specifically), always on the hunt for the best new coffee shop or breakfast spot in the Twin Cities. Have a favorite? I'd love to hear about it at our first visit.

I practice what I preach when it comes to staying active. In the warmer months you'll usually find me rollerblading, fresh iced coffee in hand, and once the snow falls I'm out snowboarding. I'm always seeking out new hikes, and I love traveling the world -- usually planning my next trip around which national park we're going to explore next.

And then there's Sebastian, my little fur baby. He's a 13-pound miniature dachshund with the attitude of a 150-pound Great Dane, and he's convinced he runs the house. (He's not wrong.)

My Treatment Philosophy

I believe physical therapy should be personal, not one-size-fits-all. Every person I work with has a unique story, unique goals, and unique challenges. My job is to listen first, then build a treatment plan that fits your life -- not the other way around.

Mobile therapy is not just more convenient -- it can be more effective. When I work with you in your own space, I can see exactly where you struggle and tailor exercises to your real environment. The stairs you actually climb, the gym where you train, the park where your child plays.

I value transparency, patience, and partnership. I will always explain what I am doing and why. I will always respect your pace and your boundaries. And I will always treat you -- or your child -- as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

Let's Work Together

Whether you are supporting your child's development, seeking pelvic floor care, recovering from surgery, or looking for preventative, proactive care to get stronger, improve your balance, reduce your risk of falls, and stay ahead of future injuries -- I would love to hear from you.
